Circles of support

The Circles of Support project is now running in Chorley and South Ribble. Circles are a great way to enable an individual to make choices, plan and manage their life and services, with support from people in their lives and who are important to them who come together to work with person centred tools and approaches. We aim to help people identify, grow, develop and create enduring circles of support. This service is free for adults with learning disabilities in C&SR and Preston.

To find out more please contact Christine Farrell, Circles of Support Facilitator by e-mailing  christine.farrell@lcil.info or cdfchorleymencap@hotmail.co.uk.
